Report – Online International Conference 2025
The Online International Conference on “The New World of Work: Multidisciplinary Perspectives” was organized by Govindram Seksaria Institute of Management and Research (GSIMR), Indore, on 12 April 2025. Two pre-conference workshops on Litmaps and Turnitin were conducted to enhance research and academic integrity. The conference wa
s held under the patronage of Dr. D. B. Phatak, with Dr. Sangeeta Jain as Chairperson and Dr. Shweta Sharma, Dr. Neha Modi, and Dr. Shameen Warsi as Conveners. All the abstracts of the presented papers were published in Conference Proceedings with ISBN Number. Many papers were published in reputed ABDC, UGC Care, Double blind peer reviewed Journals.

Govindram Seksaria Institute of Management and Research (GSIMR), Indore, in collaboration with the Faculty and Staff Development Center, Somaiya Vidyavihar University, Mumbai, successfully organized a 7-Day Online International Integrated Management Learning and Development Programme (IIMLDP) from 9 May to 15 May 2024.

B. Phatak graciously served as the Patron of the programme. Dr. Sangeeta Jain, Director of Govindram Seksaria Institute of Management and Research, and Dr. Preeti Rawat, Director of the Faculty and Staff Development Center, Somaiya Vidyavihar University, acted as the Mentors for the programme.
The program was successfully coordinated by Dr. Shweta Sharma and Dr. Shameen Warsi, who served as the Conveners.
