- General Principles
All employees of GSIMR are expected to:
- Uphold professional integrity, discipline, and mutual respect at all times.
- Maintain a harmonious and inclusive campus environment.
- Abide by the rules and responsibilities as defined by the institute and the affiliating university, i.e., DAVV.
- Represent the vision and values of GSIMR through their conduct, inside and outside the campus.
- Any form of sexual harassment, whether verbal, physical, or written, is strictly prohibited and will invite immediate disciplinary action.

- Professional Responsibilities
Faculty members shall:
- Conduct teaching and academic duties with diligence, punctuality, and dedication.
- Strive for continuous professional development through research, training, and collaboration.
- Avoid all forms of plagiarism, misrepresentation, and unethical behavior in academic work.
- Refrain from engaging in private coaching or commercial tutoring that interferes with institutional duties.
- Behavior with Colleagues and Staff
- Foster a spirit of cooperation and mutual respect among colleagues.
- Avoid public confrontations, shouting, or derogatory remarks within campus premises.
- Refrain from making unverified accusations or personal attacks against fellow employees.
- Respect hierarchical structures and follow proper channels of communication.
- Behavior with Students
- Treat all students with dignity, impartiality, and care.
- Avoid any behavior perceived as vindictive, discriminatory, or coercive.
- Provide guidance and mentorship without expecting any form of personal reward.
