Admission Procedure

MBA CORE (FULL TIME ) DUAL SPECIALIZATION

  • Minimum 50% marks in Graduation in case of General / Unreserved Category.
  • Minimum 45% marks in Graduation in case of SC,ST and OBC Category.
  • All India Entrance Test “Common Management Admission Test” (CMAT).CMAT Score will be considered for students appeared in CMAT. Students not appeared in CMAT can also apply on the basis of Qualifying Exams (Graduation Marks).

Admission Procedure

MBA aspirants will be required to participate in Online Off –Campus Counseling

Step 1: Online Registration*

On the basis of CMAT Score On the basis of Qualifying Exam (Graduation Marks) Online Registration can be done as per the guidelines of Director,Technical Education (DTE), Bhopal

Step 3: Choice Filling

MBA aspirants can give as many choices as possible of Institutes and courses in the order of their preferences

Step 5: Allotment and Admission

On the basis of CMAT Score (DTE will allocate the seats based the merit and satisfied aspirants can take print out of allotment letter)

Step 7: Additional Round of Counseling

(This is the decided by DTE)

Step 2: Document Verification

Documents Verification to be done at help Centers authorized by DTE, Bhopal. For Session 2020-21, document verification will be done according to new DTE guidelines

Step 4: Choice Locking

MBA aspirants can lock the choices by making online payment for portal charges (Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking or e-wallet (Paytm) or kiosk payment)

Step 6: Up gradation and Admission

Aspirants (on the basis of CMAT score) not satisfied with allotment and can apply for possible up gradation in upward direction of their choices; DTE will allocate the seats based the merit and satisfied aspirants can take print out of allotment letter on the basis of Qualifying Exam (Graduation Marks) (DTE will allocate the seats based the merit and satisfied aspirants can take print out of allotment letter)

Step 8: College Level Counseling (CLC) (if required)

Sequence of Admission

(As per Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) guidelines )

In the counselling of the general pool, first candidates from the reserved category shall be called in the following order to facilitate the mutual conversion of vacant reserved seats: ST, SC, ST, OBC, and ST/SC. After conducting the counselling of reserved candidates in the specified order, any remaining vacant reserved seats shall be merged into the unreserved category. Subsequently, the counselling for unreserved seats shall be conducted.

 

Admission Cancellation and Fee Refund Policy

1. Cancellation After Specified Date

If a student cancels their admission after the prescribed deadline, they will not be eligible for any refund of the fees already paid. The cancellation request will be processed as per the institution’s policy, and all payments made up to the point of cancellation will be forfeited.
2. Liability for One Semester’s Fees
In the event that a student cancels their admission after the specified date but before completing the first semester, the student will be liable to pay at least one full semester’s tuition fees. This amount will be deducted or charged as per the terms outlined at the time of admission.
3. Cancellation After the First Semester

If a student cancels their admission after the successful completion of the first semester, they will be required to pay the full academic year’s tuition fees. This policy ensures that the institution’s financial planning and commitments are maintained, and it is applicable irrespective of the duration for which the student has attended the courses in the second semester.
